Sarah Palin talking on evolution / Creation

Alaska Governor Sarah Palin, who will become vice president if John McCain is elected president ,expressed her views on ever going debate of evolution and creation.

“Teach both. You know, don’t be afraid of information. “Healthy debate is so important and it’s so valuable in our schools. I am a proponent of teaching both. And you know, I say this too as the daughter of a science teacher. Growing up with being so privileged and blessed to be given a lot of information on, on both sides of the subject — creationism and evolution. It’s been a healthy foundation for me. But don’t be afraid of information and let kids debate both sides”

– Palin Sarah

My point of view on this aspect is that you cannot teach both at school for sure and to be honest religion should not be thought in schools as it cannot be proved by any evidence .This doesn’t mean that i am against religion or dont believe in it ,but I prefer religion should be limited to home .Its very important to separate religion from science and sensitive issues like religion shouldn’t be taught in schools. One can understand Sarah ,that one has to please people from all areas when you run for top post of the nation.
