While surfing youtube i came across two very nice videos describing early embyonic development development in Drosophila embryos. Sharing those videos here which will definitely help in gaining insights about the various players involved and how they interact with other proteins while patterning early Drosophila embryo along the anterior posterior axis.The second video displays various morphological changes that occur in early embryo of Drosophila.

Now that’s creative rapping and accompanied with some really well written lyrics . These people did some awesome work and as PZ Myers suggest ,deserves a Grammy. A master piece by Bruno Vellutini -Watch a sea biscuit getting to life

This is just awesome !!!! There can hardly be any better example of Watching an animal getting to life. Bruno Vellutini created an video depicting the life cycle of the sea biscuit Clypeaster subdepressus, which was a part of his masters thesis. Its really a beautiful done video displaying all the stages of sea biscuits life cycle ,beginning from the induction of gametes and following the whole embryonic development under the microscope.
